I am trying to install an outdoor camera with cam universal but it doesn't work at all. My camera is linked to my computer through an encoder(avertv hybrid ultra enconder)

So when I try to add a new camera the software recognizes the encoder, but doesn't show me an image.

Could you give me any advice please?

is this encoder connected via USB to your PC?

If the encoder is recognized could you select it as a video device?
What do you see, a black preview window?

Perhaps you have to switch something at the encoder in hardware or
via driver so that the correct video signal is passing through.

Are there several inputs at the encoder where you can connect your camera?
