Hi,
I've just installed the trial version of CamPermanent and I'm obviously (or maybe not) missing something. How do I playback the Permanent Recording file?
Thanks
Pete

Hello,
you have to use the included CamPlayer which comes with CamPermanent.
The CamPlayer plays the permanent recorded Videos and is able to convert them into AVI.
Regards

I can't find "camplayer", but did find "mediaplayer." It only lists .avi files to play, and I can't figure out how to watch these .m24 files or convert them. I tried using the AVI converter and that just crashes the entire software. I'm using a trial of CamPermanent that I downloaded this morning. Please help!

Use the installed CamPlayer. You can finde an icon on the desktop and in the program folder. The CamPlayer exists in the program directory as CamPlayer.exe
With the CamPlayer you can view the m24 video recordings and you can convert them into AVI.
