Hello,

I have tested the AXIS 207MW network camera.
This camera supports still pictures, mjpeg- and mpeg-4 streaming.

The used URLs are:

Still Picture: http://<IP>/jpg/image.jpg

MJPEG streaming: http://<IP>/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi

MPEG-4 streaming: axrtsphttp://<IP>/mpeg4/media.amp

For the mpeg-4 streaming it is necessary, that you have installed the needed DirectShow filters from AXIS.

Don't forget to select in CamUniversal (CamLAN, CamPermanent) in which mode the camera is running, resp. which kind of datas do you want to receive!

I tried it with this address : http://217.168.94.142/view/index.shtml

and it works fine

It is very interesting to see difference of quality between the 3 modes !
There is no difference between still pictures and mjpeg by cam permanent

MPEG4 has a refreshment problem (at least on this site)
