Congratulations on the new forum.


I asked for this a long time ago. I am sure it will help you and your customers share their knowledge, fix problems, answer FAQ'S and also possibly help you with improving the software and customer satisfaction. Maintaining a forum will be extra work but I also think it will reduce the number of emails you get since people can come her first and find answers for themselves. All my favourite software is supported with forums and when considering new software these days I always check to see if its suppported by good forum. I find forum support a big selling point and a measure of how good the software is. No software is perfect, I don't expect it to be, but I at least with a forum I am not floundering alone in the dark,,, or so I hope.

Yes, I hope, that this forum becomes very useful to the people which use our products.
In some cases I'm not able to help the user in a direct way, because I don't own his system components and video devices.

CrazyPixels Software are very good work, but all Software includes bugs or originate Questions.
This Forum offers now potentiality for exchange of experience from User to User.
