the following updates are now available!

Update content:
- the motion detector "start all" option starts only the cameras with a motion detector job
- the scheduler "start all" option starts only the cameras with a scheduler job
- internal improvements ( device infos dialog, etc. )
- settings.dat, cameras.cam with country encoding!
- support of Netcams sending unsafed headers ( Panasonic BL-C30A, ... )
- bugfix: email time in Thunderbird
- bugfix: inline email images in Thunderbird
- bugfix: 64bit OS support
