Hi,

I've a VIVOTEK PT3122 IP camera, that supports both still video at http://<IP>/cgi-bin/video.jpg and MPEG-4 streaming at
http://<IP>/cgi-bin/video.vam (maybe at rtsp://<IP>:554/live.sdp). When I try to add that MPEG4 stream in CamPermanent I get a warning "Could not create DirectShow Filtergraph!".

Searching for "cgi-bin/video.vam" I found that this is very common, but I could not find any special codec or direct show filters for that. Do I have to select any Record Codecs in the New Camera dialog?
BTW: Still picture mode works (w/o any codecs )
BTW2: if in iexplorer I type the url: http://<IP>/cgi-bin/video.vam I can see the bytestreaming..

On web there is many of vivotek cam live: http://www.vivotek.com/products/live_demo.php

Any tips?

Hello,

the demo cameras from the web are running inside of websites which comes from the camera webserver.
I need to have the direct URL to the video stream like http://<IP>/cgi-bin/video.vam
Can you support me with such an URL for testing?
You can send me this URL by email.
