Hi ya!
Been using Camuniversal for a couple weeks, would like to suggest that it would be nice to have an option to have a new folder created automatically for each day so that new pictures and movies can stored. It would look more tidy.

cheers

Hello,

you can use the scheduler to create a new folder every day.

- Add a delete/move job
- select move as action
- select create a directory
- select t.t for wildcards (or what you want so that no files are found)
- select for the execution time 'work once exactly at' so that this job is executed exact once a day

And now you get a new folder every day

Can this option also be added to Motion detction section too? eg capture some images and place then in a folder with a time stamp just that hour, that day etc

At the moment not, but perhaps in an update in the future.
