I am often updating software that I have bought. Usually this is quick and easy as downloading an update from the website or even easier the software itself checks and downloads the update. Sending you an email each time for an update is a bit of pain because each time I have to find my original order etc and I have multiple PC's with email on each.

Could the process be made more user friendly please?

I guess this could be possible for the future, but only for people running a registered version, using a valid key.
