I've got about 8 codecs listed. I'm trying to find one that doesn't create such huge file sizes. I've found on other programs encoding to WMV files is the most efficient. I've encountered two problems:

1) No mater which codec I select the output filename is always .AVI ??? Even when I selected the DIVX codec. Can .AVI contain any type of video/audio format?

2) After trying several codecs, now all the codecs produce files that play back way to fast. When I look at the properties I see things like 308 FPS rate. It's like I screwed something up.

Does anyone know of a codec I can download that will work with CamUniversal that will do MPEG4 encoding?

I figured it out. The frame rate is incorrect if you leave audio codec set to none. My DIVX codec works great.
