Hello,
on Win 7 (as assume Vista as well) the key file will only be generated if the main application is launched as "Run as Administrator" or UAC is off.
The program needs to write the keyinfo file direct into the program directory!

Yeah I had this prob
But this still does not work for me.
Started with run as admin and still get " can't generate key info file" error.

Hello,
I have just seen, that this error also could be arise, if the program
can't determines the CPU id.
So I will improve this for the next update! (CamUniversal 3.9)
