Hello,
you can test first in the Windows media player, if the URL to the mpeg4 stream is correct.
Insert the URL and see if you receive and view a video.
If the URL is correct, but CamUniversal is not running,
I would be glad if I could acces this camera through the Internet.
If this is possible, please send me the URL and the authentication datas by email!
Have you also tried to receive still pictures and the mjpeg stream (if available)?
